I just wanted to let you know how impressed I am with your service. I really thought I would have to spend an extra day in HK to get my Visa for China, because I had waited so close to my departure. In less than 24 hours since I called, and 2 hours after my package arrived at your office, I received an Email with the FedEx number of the shipment carrying my passport back to me.
