China Crew Visa Requirement:
|
1. Your Passport:
You must send your actual passport, which must have 6 months validity remaining and at least one blank visa page.
First time applicants who previously held passports from China, Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macau must submit a photocopy of their previous passports.
American born children of Chinese descent must provide copy of birth certificate and copy of parents' passport and green card if applying for the first time.
Non-US passport holders must provide copy of green card or valid US work visa (H or L visa only).
2. Visa Application Form:
Download, Complete Online, print and sign it, one form per applicant;
3. Photograph:
One passport style photo for each application;
4. Business Letter:
A letter from the airline to the Chinese Consulate stating your purpose of visit.
5. Crew Identification:
A photocopy of your crew badge.
6. Our Order Form:
Download, Complete Online and print it, one form per shipping address;
7. Processing Fees:
We accept check, money order and credit card. Credit card payments are subject to $5 check writing fee per application. Please make check or money order payable to China Visa Service Center, or CVSC.

*1. Processing time means the time it takes for the Chinese Consulate to process your visa. Please allow extra time for shipping and handling.
*2. Applications for same day rush service must be received by 10:00AM. You must therefore use the early morning delivery services of FedEx, UPS or DHL only. Rush service applications received after 10:00 AM will be shipped back the following business day;
