Lost/Damaged Passport

You can use Lost/Damaged Passport services if:
  • You are unable to locate your current valid passport; OR

  • Your passport has been stolen, and it is still valid; OR

  • Your passport was damaged or mutilated.

The U.S. Department of State treats each lost passport renewal application as an individual case. Therefore a separate order is required for each lost or damaged passport renewal applicant.

You must read the instructions carefully and make sure that all documents are prepared and all the requirements are met in order to replace your lost/damaged passport. 

To be eligible for the 1-2 business day rush or 3-4 day express service your flight reservation must be within the next 14 days.

3 - 4 Business Day Express Service $189.00   
5 - 7 Business Day Priority Service $139.00   
8+ Business Day Standard Service $99.00   

* Government Fee of $170.00, not included
