China Visa Service Center, CVSC, is a passport and visa service agency working closely with the US Department of State's Passport Agency and Foreign Embassies/Consulates to facilitate the issuance of a US passport and/or foreign travel visas at your request. We make every effort to process your request in a timely manner. Please be aware that the issuance of a US passport and foreign travel visa is entirely at the discretion of the Passport Agency and foreign Embassies/Consulates. Passport agents and consular officers have the final say on whether to approve or deny an application, on the type of visa to be issued and on the duration of stay to be granted. CVSC makes no guarantee that the Passport Agency and Foreign Embassies/Consulates will issue a US passport or foreign travel visa exactly as requested. CVSC's service fees are charged for submitting your application to the Passport Agency and/or Foreign Embassies/Consulates and such fees are non-refundable even if your application is denied by the Passport Agency or Foreign Embassies/Consulates. Consular fees and US Department of State fees, both of which are defined as government fees, will only be charged if your application is approved, except for some countries. Whereas a country charges a non-refundable application fee, your application fee, as well as our service fees, will not be refunded even if your application is denied or rejected. If you wish to cancel your application and avoid government fees, this request must be made before your application is submitted to the Passport Agency or Foreign Embassies/Consulates. CVSC service fees are not refundable for canceled applications.

By sending your application to CVSC, you accept all the requirements, restrictions and limitations on liability set forth herein and specifically agree that CVSC shall not be liable to you for the action or inaction by the Passport Agency or Foreign Embassies/Consulates or for the performance by any third party delivery company, such as FedEx, UPS or the United State Postal Service. At all times and under all circumstances, CVSC's total liability to you for any claims, liabilities or damages of any kind, shall not exceed the service fees paid by you to CVSC. Under no circumstance shall CVSC be liable to you for any indirect or consequential losses and damages, including lost profits or punitive damages. Your sole remedy against CVSC for failure to obtain a US passport or foreign travel visa in a timely manner shall be CVSC's service fees actually paid by you.
