Air Tickets FAQ

  1. What do I do if I can't find the tickets I want in your booking system?

    If you can't find the right flight and fare, you could simply email us a detailed itinerary. Our ticketing agents will email you a quote within 24 hours.

  2. What do I do if a price shown is "not available" or "sold out"?

    Due to the heavy discounts of some tickets, your seat could be sold out when you book online. However, we do have an off line system operated by our agents, who will help you to get the best possible deal. All you need to do is to email us a detailed itinerary. We will get back to you within 24 hours, or usually on the same day.

  3. How do I pay for my ticket?

    When you book through our secure online system, you will be asked to input your credit card information. If you are making a reservation offline, by phone or email, you will need to sign a credit card authorization form and fax it back to us at 713-952-9377. Tickets are not issued without full payment.

  4. Can I use someone else's credit card to pay for my ticket?

    No. We do not take third party credit card. However, when you make a reservation for a group, you can use one passenger's credit card to pay for the entire group.

  5. How and when will I receive my ticket?

    Most airlines now issue E-Ticket. You will receive an email confirmation with a travel itinerary after the ticket is issued. If a paper ticket is issued, it will be shipped within 1-2 business days.

  6. How do I change or cancel my ticket?

    If you need to cancel or change your ticket prior to departure, you need to contact us immediately. In most cases, tickets are refundable with a cancellation fee charged by both the airline and our agency. You will need to send back your ticket in order to have it changed or canceled. If you need to change your return flight after departure, you need to contact the airline office in your destination city. Airlines typically allow for such change with a penalty as long as there is seat available on your desired flight.


Money Saving Tips

  • BOOK EARLY
    Because of our deeply discounted fares, our seat inventory is limited for each flight. The earlier you book, the better chance you will have to get the lowest fare.

  • AVOID WEEKEND TRAVEL
    Airlines usually charge up $50 or more on weekend flights (Friday - Sunday) If possible, you could save money by traveling Monday - Thursday.
